KN95 Respirator Face Mask, Single Use:
- Not for use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5 percent oxygen.
- Not for use in atmospheres immediately dangerous to life or health.
- Do not exceed maximum use concentrations established by regulatory standards.
- Failure to properly use and maintain this product could result in injury or death.
- Never substitute, modify, add, or omit parts. Use only exact replacement parts in the configuration as specified by the manufacturer.
- Refer to User Instructions, or maintenance manuals for information on use and maintenance of these respirators.

Pleated Ear-Loop Face Mask, Single Use:
- Not intended for use in surgical settings.
- Not intended for use where significant exposure to liquid, bodily, or other hazards fluids may be expected.
- Not recommended for use in a clinical setting where risk of infection through inhalation exposure is high.
- Not for use in the presence of high intensity heat source or flammable gas.
Proper Facemask Usage
KN95 Respirator Face Mask:
HOW TO USE:
- Remove mask from bag. Unfold mask and apply to face from bridge of nose down to jaw.
- Lightly press along nose piece to fit.
- Hang elastic straps over both ears.
- Adjust to fit mask to cover from the bridge of nose to jaw. Mask should fit snug against the face with no gaps.
- Dispose after use or it becomes solied. Single use only. Do not reuse.

HOW TO USE:
