Holiday Returns Policy Update:
Any holiday gift you purchase November 1, 2021 through December 24, 2021 at 11:59am ET can be returned for any reason for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping until January 31, 2022.
Returns of merchandise purchased from this website may be made within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of cost of the merchandise. The total of your return will be credited to the charge card that you used at the time of your purchase (minus shipping and handling). If the product you received was damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped to you, you must first contact HoMedics Consumer Relations at: 1.888.225.7378 prior to returning your product.
To return an item you ordered from https://www.homedics.ca/, fill out the Return Form on the packing slip that came with your order and send it back with the merchandise to ensure proper credit and faster processing. HoMedics cannot be responsible for lost returns. We recommend using an insured and prepaid method for your return, such as UPS ground or insured Canada Post for proof of delivery.
For your return to be eligible, you must include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition.
Typical turnaround time for returns or replacements is about two to four weeks but may be a bit longer during high volume periods.
No CODs will be accepted.
A pre-printed return address label is included on your original packing slip for your convenience.
Returning Store Purchases
At HoMedics, we stand by our products. Each product is created with the highest quality components and is quality crafted for years of dependable use. We back every product with a warranty. You can refer to your product's instruction booklet for your warranty information.
If you purchased a HoMedics product from a retail store, please return it to the store at which you made the purchase.
If you are unable to exchange a product at the original place of purchase and if the product is still under warranty, contact a consumer relations representative by telephone at 1.888.225.7378 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Please make sure to have the model number of the product available.
Shipping and Delivery
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of order placement.
We ship via UPS and offer UPS Ground (generally 3-5 business days), UPS Expedited (2 business days) and UPS Express shipping (next business day) options (no Saturday or Sunday delivery available). The arrival time of your order will be the fulfillment time (1-2 business days) PLUS the shipping time of the method you selected.
We calculate your shipping rates based on the cost to ship each item by weight and size to your shipping address using the shipping method you select.
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes and that any free shipping offers do not apply to orders shipping to Nunavut or the Northwest Territories.
