Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped working after 2 weeks Within two weeks of purchasing, it stopped working. I followed the instructions, ensured it never ran out of water, tried to change the wick yet still nothing. Loved the product the few times it actually worked. Very disappointing.

I have the round personal humidifier and just ordered new wicks and for whatever reason the humidifier does not seem to work anymore ...the blue light comes on and you can feel the heat but no steam. I love this little unit and am very sad it stopped .

We suggest cleaning the water tank once every two to three weeks, depending on your water conditions. Clean tank using a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water. To clean the ultrasonic membrane, you must first remove the wick. Make a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water. Dip a soft bristle brush into the solution and brush ultrasonic membrane. Wipe clean with a soft cloth. Clean both sides of membrane. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact Consumer Relations at 1-800-466-3342 Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST for assistance.
