Returning Web Orders

Returns of merchandise purchased from this website must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt and may be made within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise. The total of your return will be credited to the charge card that was used at the time of purchase (minus shipping and handling). HoMedics will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the product was received damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped.

To return an item you ordered from HoMedics.ca you must contact our customer service team at either 416-785-1386 or 888-225-7378 to obtain a Return Authorization number. Any goods shipped back without a return authorization number will be refused at your expense. HoMedics cannot be responsible for lost returns. Once you have obtained a Return Authorization # we recommend using an insured and prepaid method for your return, such as UPS ground or Canada Post.

To avoid any additional fees, please include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition.

Typical turnaround time for returns or replacements is about two to four weeks, but may be a bit longer during high volume periods

If you purchased a HoMedics product from a retail store and it is still covered under their return policy, please return it to the store at which you made the purchase. If the date of purchase is longer than 30 days you will need to contact us and provide a copy of your receipt for any and all warranty issues.
